This group assignment constitutes 25% of the total assessment. The aim of this group assignment is to expose students to different types of software programs available in the construction market and their limitations in usage. We are required to prepare a report on the functions and limitation of QS computer software in the market.

A) Compare the functions and limitation of BIM QS computer software in the market. Summaries your information and recommend the best BIM QS software with supporting reasons and data.

Upon finishing this assignment, I'm glad that my group mates and I are able to coordinate well and work on the comparison between 4 softwares which are Cubit, Global Estimating, Cost-X as well as Glodon. After this assignment, I'm able to differentiate the different types of QS softwares available. The most recommended software that we have in conclusion is Glodon because it serves many good functions and is way more advanced than the other softwares.
