SEMINAR

Procurement Strategies

 

This assignment is in a form of seminar and constitutes 10% of the total assessment. During week 3 to 13, a seminar will be carried out during the tutorial session and a group will be nominated. Each seminar leader will be given a professional practice 1 topic a week before the seminar for preparation. Each seminar leader will be given approximately 15 minutes to present their topic. The presentation can be in any format. Each member of the seminar leader is encouraged to present during the seminar. After the presentation, the seminar leader is required to ask two questions for discussion and the class is required to ask at least one question to the seminar leader. The seminar leader shall cover the following for the theory question presentation:

 

(1)  Explain the question

(2)  Explain the details of relevant theories and concepts related to the question 

 

As for our group, the given topic was Procurement Strategies.

Through this assignment, it really gave me a clear picture of what a procurement strategy is. Albert, Jia Yii and I really done a good job in this assignment. We were proud that we possessed good work quality throughout this assignment. Of course, this seminar enhances our critical thinking as well by answering the questions that have been asked by the other students.
