Group Assignment

SILQ property development company 

 

This group assignment stands 30% of the total assessment. We were needed to create slides and report for this assignment. We were divided in a group of 5. My groupmates are Chen Shin Yee, William Goh, Lim Jie Qi and Lau Chin Sheng. We were required to propose for starting up either a construction or property development company. As for our group, we chose to start up a property development company with a name of ‘SILQ’ which stands for Satisfaction, Innovation, Learning and Quality. Our vision is to be an internationally admired property developer.

 

Furthermore, we were asked to develop a new working culture with purposes to attract young talents to join our company. Besides that, create an organisation chart as well as 3 methods of training or development courses with complete cycle or process. 

 

From this assignment, we realized the importance of teamwork, without the contribution of any of the groupmates, we’ll definitely unable to come out with a bigger picture. With all the efforts of every members, we successfully finish all the works given on time.
